HB2022 HFA Rowe, et al 3-31 #1 revised

                Delegates Rowe, Lovejoy, Walker, Barach, Hansen, Hornbuckle, Pushkin, Young, Evans, Thompson, and Doyle move to amend the Com Sub for HB2022 on page 193, Section 9, after the first line 1 which provides “Marshall University – Surplus……. ##### $10,000,000” by inserting a new appropriation as follows:

Minority Health Institute……………………………                         XXXX      $190,000”;

                And,

                On page 193, Section 9, on the second line 2 by reconciling “Total TITLE II, Section 9 – Surplus Accrued” accordingly.
